Group Fitness

With so many group fitness options to choose from, there is sure to be a class that is right for you. You'll find there's nothing better than group fitness for motivation, encouragement, networking and making new friends. Our group fitness classes are fun and varied, and our personal trainers can help you achieve your health goals. We offer a range of small group training sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in duration, so there's no excuse not to squeeze one in before, during or after work.
