Swimmers in the junior squad program are generally aged between 7-12 years old. Emphasis is placed on continued development of technique and improving fitness level. At this stage children are also exposed to a structured training program aimed at developing technique & endurance.
Duration: 60 minutes
Maximum Attendance: 2 sessions per week
Location: Outdoor 25 metre pool
Equipment: Cap, goggles, fins, kick board
Sessions are Monday to Friday: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
